It takes about 1 hours to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and Kansai airport.
Walking distance to Universal Studio
It is about 20-min walking to Universal Studio Japan. If you take a train, it’s just 1 stop to JR Universal City Station from JR Ajikawaguchi Station, which is the nearest station to our guesthouse.
2. Friendly English-Speaking staffs

Our reception staffs speak English, and all of us also speak local Kansai dialect. We all enjoy talking about trivial things with our guests. Please feel free to ask us about tourist information or local information about Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, etc. as well as Osaka. We look forward to talking with our guests about your journey in Japan.
Live-in, long-term foreign staffs
The guesthouse has more than five long-staying foreign staff with working holiday visas. They have a good knowledge of Osaka and Kansai area, and some of them can speak Japanese. Please get to know them well and share information with them!

3. ROOM and BED
Spacious Dorm Bed
Each bed has a bed light, electrical outlets, curtains, hangers, and a safety deposit box with a padlock.
Private room with Japanese Style Futon bedding
The private room is a Japanese-style room with a loft bed. Shower, sink, and toilet are shared.

Only 1 kid for co-sleeping is allowed for free. Over 2nd kids are counted as a adult with adult rate.
If you have children who will be co-sleeping with a adult, please indicate his/her age in the comments section.
Children who will not be co-sleeping with a adult will be calculated into the number of adults.
The private room is a Japanese-style room with a loft bed. Shower, sink, and toilet are shared.

There are 8 shower rooms in the entire building, with a shower room exclusively for women (available 24 hours a day).
Body soap and rinse-in shampoo are provided in the shower rooms.
Bath towels can be rented for 100 yen per towel. Amenities are also available for 100 yen.
There is a hairdryer in the washbasin and a hair iron available for hire.
Kitchen
Meals are not included Instead, there is a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. We have a complete set of cooking appliances (oven, toaster, microwave, water boiler, fridge), utensils, plates and cups. We also have the basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc.) so you don’t have to buy them all at once. And to top it all off, we have free coffee, tea, tea and more!
Luggage room

Kids space
We welcome families with children. We have a wide range of books and toys to keep the children occupied. You are welcome to play with them as you like. In the common living room we have a number of USJ related stuffed animals so that children who come to enjoy USJ can enjoy the atmosphere.
Coin-operated laundry
The washing machine costs 200 yen per time, and the dryer 100 yen per 15 minutes.
Detergent is available free of charge.
Powder room (Changing room)
If you’re taking the night bus home, you’ll have to wait until the bus departs in the evening, but if you’re staying at our guesthouse, you can kill time in the shared living room and take a shower before you get on the bus! If you want to go to USJ before you check in, you may want to change your clothes before you go. In our guesthouse, you can use the shower and powder room before check-in and after check-out.

5. NEIGHBOURHOOD
Osaka Local food in Restaurant district near Universal Studio
There is a restaurant district near Universal Studio Japan with many restaurants offering a wide variety of Osaka’s local foods such as Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, and Kushikatsu. It is about a 15-minute walk to the restaurant district.
Quiet residential area
This guesthouse is not surrounded by high-rise buildings or commercial facilities typical of Osaka. The neighborhood is a normal residential area, so you will not be able to enjoy shopping, but we can offer you a quiet stay.
Walking around the residential area, you can feel the ordinary life of local Osaka people.
A short bike ride will take you to Osaka Bay, where you can see the Osaka Sea. However, it is not a beautiful sea. ^^)
Natural hot spring nearby
There is a natural hot spring about a 20-minute walk away, which is rare in Osaka. Soak on your journey and let the natural hot spring heal your body.
You can buy a bath ticket at the reception. 700JPY for adult. 50JPY cheaper than buying on-site.
